MailShip has been committed to serving the mailing and shipping industry for over 30 years.  Our mission is to develop strategies that create economic value for our customers by offering the best product solutions backed by first class service.  

MailShip was literally built around its service department!  In 1980, we began as a Pitney Bowes Service Center, offering a better choice in servicing mailing equipment.  By providing quicker, more responsive service, companies had an alternative to extended "down-times" in their mailrooms.    

In 1982, MailShip became an authorized Hasler Dealer offering businesses in Tennessee and  Kentucky a better choice in mailing and shipping Equipment.  Hasler, a multi-billion dollar company, has been offering postage meters and mailing Machines in Europe since 1923 and in the United States since 1981.  After  introduction to the United States, Hasler has steadily gained market share due to its superior products and dealer service. 

Businesses now have a better choice!   Buyers Laboratory, Inc. conducted an unbiased survey; Hasler topped the competition hands down in equipment, sealing function and service. Better Buys for Business states, "customer feedback consistently suggests that Hasler users are, in general, more satisfied with both the equipment, and with their total experience as a customer. . . "

Hasler has been honored to have their products and services evaluated and acclaimed by a bevy of industry associations, including the prestigious Buyer's Laboratory.  In their most recent report, Buyer's lab rated Hasler higher in product reliability, service and overall customer satisfaction by nearly two to one over the competition.  This kind of recognition only comes from understanding the needs of the marketplace, designing quality products and never forgetting that customer support is job one.
